Our service is unique, because we use a patented technology, which removes hazardous offsets in a precise and smooth cut. Most of our repairs can be completed in minutes, reducing your cost and eliminating exposures on your property.

The Precision Sidewalk Safety approach can reach the edges of every sidewalk and remove trip hazards from virtually any angle and at any location. The technique eliminates trip hazards caused by cracked or uneven concrete, even if they are located in hard-to-reach places like gutters or surfaces abutting walls. Our method is fast and does not cause inconvenience to people using the walkway.

Precision Sidewalk Safety supports municipalities and private communities that care about sustainability and the environment. Compact, portable equipment means no heavy trucks or major use of fossil fuels. Our patented dust containment reduces construction dust in your community and all removed concrete is recycled. Quality repair of existing sidewalks means ongoing use of your current capital resources. And safe sidewalks in your neighborhoods means more pedestrian traffic and reduced emissions from automobiles.

We’ve saved hundreds of thousands of dollars using Precision Sidewalk Safety to make trip hazard repairs in our District. They are one of the most professional, fastidious, and responsible contractors we work with.

On behalf of the Dade City Community Redevelopment Area districts, we’re sending you a big “THANK YOU” for the sidewalk repairs you made in CRA #1 and #2 this week – all 233 of them!

Your crew did the work quickly, efficiently and neatly, with no disruption of business throughout the Downtown. I especially appreciated the frequent contact from your daily crew supervisor, letting me know what was happening and where they were working. You and your crew went “above and beyond” in adding more areas that you felt were in need of attention and in addressing the old, patchy overlay in front of one of the storefronts – making it look as good as possible.

Thanks to all of you for making Dade City a safer place to walk.
